

The core challenge was building a brand identity strong enough to work across every surface at once, from a glowing cube sign on a Santorini wall to a phone screen, a t-shirt and a beer bottle label. Everything had to feel like the same world without becoming repetitive. The checkerboard pattern and the van-bottle mascot had to carry the whole system, so getting those two elements right was everything. The other tension was tonal: VANàki needed to feel playful and irreverent without tipping into cheap. "Your favorite bad habit" is a bold tagline and the design had to earn it at every touchpoint.
