Clever, and honestly a bit of a trap, because the easy move is a cute cartoon bee and you call it a day. But the platform isn't cute. It's built to give teachers a fairer place to work, real tools, real support, treated like people instead of listings in a directory. The brand had to carry that, not just land the joke. So the work became the full thing, logo, identity, the whole system around it, all pointing at one idea, a smarter and warmer way to find a teacher. Here's how it came together.
